Repairol offers repair and maintenance services for air conditioners (AC), washing machines, ovens, and refrigerators across Mumbai. Our technicians strive to provide quality service, but we do not guarantee permanent fixes for all issues.
2. Booking and Service Confirmation
- Customers can book a repair service through our website or by contacting us directly.
- Service appointments are subject to availability.
- Repairol reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including technician unavailability or emergencies.
3. Service Charges and Payment
- Charges for repairs vary based on the type of appliance and the nature of the issue.
- An inspection fee may be applicable even if the service is not availed after diagnosis.
- Payments must be made in full upon service completion through cash, UPI, or other accepted payment methods.
- Any additional costs for replacement parts will be informed to the customer before proceeding.
4. Warranty and Liability
- Repairol provides a limited warranty on certain repairs. The warranty period and terms will be communicated at the time of service.
- Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, external factors, or subsequent tampering by a third party.
- Repairol is not responsible for any data loss, electrical damage, or consequential damages resulting from repairs.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Customers can cancel appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the nature of the cancellation.
- Inspection fees are non-refundable.
6. Customer Responsibilities

- Adequate access to the appliance must be ensured at the time of service.
- Customers should back up any data stored in smart appliances before repair.
